Thank you for your interest in RP MODELS! We are committed to ensuring your perfect scale model arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard product orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. For custome design product, contact rpmodels.official@gmail.com for process time.

  • Please note this does not include shipping time. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if this is the case.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We are happy to announce we also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the package, and the selected shipping service.

  • You will see the final shipping cost during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at rpmodels.official@gmail.com. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: Our products are packaged with great care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package is lost, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and keep you updated. If the package cannot be located, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
